"Funded account," "capital," "funding," and similar terms used on this website refer exclusively to simulated (virtual) funds within our platform.

Simulated trading environments differ from real market conditions in several important ways:
There is no guarantee that you will pass any evaluation challenge or receive any profit-sharing payments. The majority of participants do not pass evaluation challenges. Success requires skill, discipline, and appropriate risk management.
Profit-sharing payments are made at Telos Capital's discretion and are subject to verification of simulated trading activity, compliance with all rules, and identity verification. Marketing materials showing payouts or performance statistics represent individual results and should not be interpreted as typical outcomes.
Evaluation fees are paid upfront and are non-refundable. If you fail the evaluation, breach the trading rules, or voluntarily withdraw, the evaluation fee is not refunded. Upon passing the evaluation and reaching the 10% profit target on Level 1, 50% of the profit earned during the evaluation phase is paid out to you. You should only use funds that you can afford to lose. Do not use money needed for essential expenses to purchase evaluation challenges.
Our simulated trading platform, internet connectivity, and electronic systems are subject to failures, delays, interruptions, and maintenance windows. Telos Capital is not responsible for losses on your simulated account arising from technology failures, whether on our systems, third-party platform providers, or your own equipment and internet connection. Simulated price feeds may experience delays or discrepancies.
